Saving Our Communities at Risk Through Educational Services (SOCARTES) - incorporated December 2012 and launched February 2013 - helps individuals overcome personal challenges and barriers to achieve personal and educational goals within their communities.
SOCARTES' purpose is to increase individual knowledge about life and business within at-risk communities, while also developing interpersonal, organizational, planning, time management, critical thinking, and other skills.
